Our goods are made to order and we cannot offer a money back guarantee. However, if a customer is not entirely satisfied with their order they should inform us within 7 working days and return the item appropriately packaged within 14 days of receipt. Please note we cannot accept returns without prior agreement. The goods should be returned in the original condition with original packaging. Customers are responsible for postage and insurance costs. We can then offer a suitable replacement.
If you receive an item which is damaged, then please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement. When accepting the package from the courier if you notice damage then please sign to accept but note that the goods are damaged. We would also appreciate it if you could take photographs of damage to the packaging and goods. We may ask you to return the goods in the original packaging and under these circumstances we will arrange and pay for a courier to collect the goods.
